Sandip has over 23 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry and International Capital Markets, including Trading, Corporate Finance Advisory and Asset Management, covering asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income Securities, Convertible Bonds, Commodities, Forex and International Derivatives. In his career, he has set up and led various Asset Management and Brokerage Teams.

He has also successfully established and managed Multi Structure Funds with an asset size of over $ 350 million.

He is a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. He also holds Bachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai.

Gary worked with companies such as Allied Lyons, Granada Group and Black & Decker and has over 15 years public company experience. He joined Max Factor in 1982 as Deputy Managing Director and Finance Director. Already experienced in business transformation, Gary built Max Factor into one of the most profitable divisions in the worldwide operation at the time. He moved on to join the Board of the Burton Group in 1986 before joining the Signet Group as Group Finance Director in 1990. Gary has since turned to private companies and subsequently, he has been involved in a management and advisory capacity within retail, corporate finance, telecommunication, IT and financial services marketing businesses. Currently Gary has several non-executive positions in both public and private Companies. and is also involved in Property Investment and Development. Gary is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Institute of Directors.

In the last several years Gary has also been involved in the Property arena, both in Investment/ Management and Development. He is currently involved with two Companies; the Chiltern Group which has acted as an advisor to organisations such as E.O.N / Scottish and Southern / Laing O’Rourke and has/ is also involved in development projects. An example of this being Collegelands in Glasgow, which is the largest regeneration project in Scotland being a 1.4 million sq. ft mixed use scheme, including Offices/ Hotel/ Student Accommodation/ Residential. The second Company is CEPACS, which has recently been involved in developing student accommodation in Buckingham.

Reshabh has over two decades of experience in the Financial services industry with private and investment banks. His expertise lies in structured solutions with key focus in Asia, middle-east and Europe. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Business Management).
